Scope

The main site offers informational pages, a browser based checklist, and a teacher review page with a LeadDistro form embedded on it. The main site does not provide an account. The review destinations on the gov and fed subdomains may use different systems and have their own privacy notices. Read the applicable notices before submitting information.

Information handled when you visit

When your browser requests a page, our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site and maintain service logs. Loading the teacher review page also loads the embedded form from LeadDistro, which may receive technical data from your browser. URL query parameters on that page are passed to the form.

Checklist, form, and cookies

Checklist selections are handled in your browser. This site's code does not send, save, or store those selections, and they reset when the page is reloaded. Information entered into the teacher form is submitted through LeadDistro, not through the checklist. The embedded form may set or read cookies and may process the information you provide according to the notices displayed with it. The main site's own files do not contain advertising pixels.

Fonts and other services

The site's fonts and images are served from the same site, so viewing a page does not require a request to Google Fonts. Vercel provides hosting and security. The embedded form is supplied by LeadDistro. If you choose an outbound link, the destination will receive your request and apply its own policies.

How information is used and shared

Technical request information is used to deliver pages, maintain security, diagnose errors, and operate the site. It may be handled by hosting and security providers or disclosed when required by law. The static checklist does not submit your selections. Information you submit through the teacher form may be available to the site operator and to parties identified in the form's notices and consents.

Retention and security

Hosting and security providers keep technical records according to their settings and policies. We use HTTPS for this site. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can leave checklist boxes unchecked, clear or reload the page, or choose not to follow an external link. You can read the teacher form's notices before deciding whether to submit it. Privacy rights concerning technical and submitted information may depend on where you live and the information held. For information submitted on another review destination, consult that destination's privacy notice.

Children and updates

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the site and its data practices change; the date above shows the latest revision.
